With just the right dose of spiritual teachings and reminders, this beautiful resort offers a host of wonderful activities and fun for the entire family. For two nights we will Inshallah create a wonderful Islamic environment allowing families to experience the best of both worlds.
Throughout the fun filled weekend there will be two morning spiritual learning sessions after Fajr Congregation focusing on balance of emotions, a Boyz Night hangout with the scholars and a sisters tea party. The rest of the time you can enjoy by engaging in some of the following activities:
Scenic trails Tubing Skating Cross Country Skiing Dog sleighing Snow mobile adventures
Snow boarding Skating trails hiking trails Horseback Snowshoeing Mukluk Fat Tire Bikes
You can also choose to take in the beautiful scenery and relax inside the resort while enjoying the indoor amenities including newly renovated pools. A detailed precise schedule will be emailed upon registration.
We will also be providing Deerhust Resort with our own hand slaughtered Halal meat for anyone wanting to dine in at the Resort Restaurant (just for the duration of the retreat). Local restaurants and grocery stores will also allow for more options for anyone who does not want to eat in at the Resort. And yes there is a Tim Horton’s less than 5 minutes away.

What is required?
Upon check in you must provide a valid credit card and drivers license for further incidentals and room charges
Warm and appropriate clothing (winter coat, snow pants, gloves, hat etc.)
Swim and recreational gear
Anything you would normally pack for being away two days
